Allie and Sami love to play Barbies out on the back porch. Here are some examples of what I hear everyday...
"No! Don't put me in jail! I don't like you."
"I'm goin' to kill her!"
"Help! I'm falling!"
"She escaped! She didn't obey me!"
I have come to the conclusion that writers for soap operas played like this as kids, too.
They just never grew out of it.
